We are looking for a highly creative and enthusiastic person to assist with all aspects of the creation and manufacture of digital and physical products and promotional material. The ideal candidate will be creative, have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about gaining experience in developing a career in the music industry.

Reporting directly to the Product Manager tasks will cover a wide range of areas including artworking web + print assets, designing of promotional material and advertising, creation of metadata, production admin, stock control, archiving assets and general assistance and support to the Product Manager where required.

Other general tasks: Assisting the PR and Marketing manager with physical promo mail-outs, creation of newsletter / website content, general web enquiries, general label post and ordering of office supplies.

Required Skills

— Design skills and proficiency in Adobe packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be a big advantage.

— Proficiency with Mac systems using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

— Knowledge of Video packages (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere) and editing would be a big bonus.

— Knowledge of Audio packages (Audacity, Pro Tools) and editing would be a big bonus.

— Strong attention to detail and be dedicated to quality in everything they do

— Strong communication skills, good timekeeping and reliability.

— Able to work to strict and concise deadlines

Based in our new East London office / Sound Gallery, this internship will be 3 days per week for 3 months with the possibility of extension and also additional paid work in the Sound Gallery on weekends. It will be paid on a minimum wage basis.
